IMPORTANT: MuniWave is designed for exploration and educational purposes only. All calculations, outputs, and AI-generated suggestions are for idea generation and must be independently verified before any official use.
MuniWave does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice from qualified professionals. You should consult with appropriate professionals before making any decisions based on information obtained through MuniWave.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your information current.
MuniWave is currently free for all registered users. All features — including the Generator, Debt Service Calculator, BondBot, and unlimited library storage — are available at no cost with a registered account.
MuniWave reserves the right to introduce paid tiers or modify the feature set available to free accounts in the future. Any such changes will be communicated in advance.

MuniWave and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Beeman Innovation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights to any intellectual property.
You retain ownership of any bond data, project information, or other content you create or upload to MuniWave. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUNIWAVE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MuniWave, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
